摘 要:鉴于渤海辽东湾地区的油藏特性,对渤海油田的某自升式钻井平台中集成式水下基盘基础和地基展开分析。为解决平台插桩对基坑以及水下基盘稳定性影响过大的问题,设计了集成式水下基盘基础的结构形式和基坑的相关尺寸。借助ABAQUS软件中大变形有限元方法模拟桩靴的贯入过程,研究其对集成式水下基盘基础的影响。分析随着桩靴贯入深度的增加地基的贯入阻力的变化,并预测了2种尺寸的水下基盘在桩靴贯入过程中的抗滑力。之后计算了不同的桩靴插拔深度对2种尺寸的水下基盘位移的影响。通过水动力的计算分析,对基坑折减效应展开评估。最后对基坑的稳定性展开分析,发现桩靴在贯入过程中比拔出过程稳定性高。桩靴插拔过程中最危险工况为贯入4.5 m时,其临近边坡的安全系数为1.07,有一定的边坡滑动的风险。建议在桩靴贯入4.5 m时可以适当减慢沉贯速率,减小边坡滑动风险。Considering the characteristics of oil reservoirs in the Liaodong Bay area of Bohai Sea,this paper analyzes the foundation of integrated plem and the foundation of a self-elevating drilling platform in Bohai oilfield.The structural form of the foundation of integrated plem and relevant dimensions of the foundation pit were designed to solve the problem that pile insertion of the platform has too great influence on the stability of foundation pit and underwater template.Using the large-deformation finite element method in ABAQUS software to simulate the penetration process of pile shoes and study their impact on the foundation of integrated plem.Analyzing the changes in the penetration resistance of the foundation with the depth of pile shoe penetration increasing,and predicting the sliding resistance of two sizes of anti-sinking plates during the pile shoe penetration process.Afterwards,the influence of different pile shoe insertion and removal depths on the displacement of two sizes of anti-sinking plates was calculated.The reduction effect of foundation pits was evaluated through hydrodynamic calculation and analysis.Finally,analysis of stability of the foundation pit was conducted,and it was found that the stability of the pile shoes during the penetration process was higher than that during removal.The most dangerous working condition during the pile shoe insertion and removal process is when it penetrates 4.5m downwards,with the safety factor near the slope of 1.07,which poses a certain risk of slope sliding.It is recommended to slow down the penetration rate appropriately when the pile shoe penetrates 4.5m to reduce the risk of slope sliding.
