摘  要:在倒缆过程中,细长的柔性缆会受到张力的作用。为研究倒缆过程中滚筒转速、缆缠绕角度以及柔性缆末端张紧力3个因素对柔性缆缠绕稳定性及力学性能的影响,基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立了倒缆实验模型。该模型包含了倒缆过程中柔性缆入筒段、直线运输段和弯曲转向段3种典型路径,并应用此模型研究了上述3个因素对倒缆过程中柔性缆力学性能的影响。结果表明,对柔性缆力学性能而言,不同的因素在不同的倒缆路径段影响是不同的:滚筒转速主要影响缆入筒段处柔性缆的力学行为,缠绕角度则是对弯曲转向段的柔性缆的力学行为影响较大。In the process of rewinding,the slender flexible cable will be subjected to the mechanical action of tension.In order to study the influence of drum speed,cable winding angle and flexible cable end tension on the winding stability and mechanical properties of flexible cables during the process of rewinding,a rewinding experimental model was established based on ABAQUS finite element software.The model includes three typical paths:the flexible cable entry section,the straight-line transport section and the bending and turning section.The influence of the above three factors on the mechanical properties of the flexible cable during the rewinding process was studied by using this model.The results show that different factors have different effects on the mechanical properties of flexible cables in different rewinding path segments.The rotating speed of the drum mainly affects the mechanical behavior of the flexible cable in the barrel section,and the winding angle has a great influence on the mechanical behavior of the flexible cable in the bending and turning section.
