摘  要:单相全桥逆变器广泛地应用在新能源发电等领域,软开关技术可以通过减少开关损耗进而提升逆变器效率。本文提出一种高效且控制策略简单的单相全桥零电压软开关逆变器。其主开关仅需符合受限制型单极性正弦脉冲宽度调制调控策略,且唯一的辅助开关在一个周期内仅需开通和关断一次。本文阐述新型零电压逆变器的电路结构和拓扑工作原理,分析零电压软开关的实现条件,完成实验样机的参数设计以及仿真和实验验证工作。结果表明,所有开关都可实现零电压开关,且拥有较少的开关次数,开关损耗显著降低。辅助谐振电路结构简单避免了过多的电路损耗。与其他谐振直流环节逆变器相比,此新型逆变器具有更简便的控制策略和更高的效率。Single-phase full-bridge inverters are widely used in new energy generation and other fields,and the soft-switching technology can improve the inverter efficiency by reducing the switching loss.This paper presents a high-efficiency single-phase full-bridge zero-voltage soft-switching inverter with simple control strategy.The main switch only needs to comply with the restricted unipolar sinusoidal pulse width modulation regulation strategy,and the only auxiliary switch only needs to be turned on and off once in a cycle.This study firstly described the circuit structure and topological working principle of the new zero-voltage inverter,then analyzed the realization condition for the zero-voltage soft switches,and finally completed the parameter design of the experimental prototype as well as the simulation and experimental verification.The results showed that all the switches realized zero-voltage switching and possessed less switching times,which significantly reduced the switching loss.The auxiliary resonant circuit had a simple structure,which also avoided excessive circuit loss.Compared with other resonant DC link inverters,this new inverter has a simpler control strategy and higher efficiency.
