摘 要:针对传统辐射传递模型计算误差大,无法真实描述介质层表面等问题,使用漫反射界面对辐射光谱特性进行研究分析。以航空发动机内涡轮叶片上涂敷的氧化锆涂层为研究对象,基于热辐射传输理论建立了半透明热障涂层的跨介质辐射传输模型。研究在漫反射边界条件下,非散射等温/非等温介质的高温辐射特性。由于热障涂层漫反射表面结构较为复杂,本文对涂层表面结构进行了等效化处理,并采用时域有限差分法对氧化锆涂层表面的反射率和透射率进行了数值分析,最后对计算结果进行精准度分析。Aiming at the problem that the traditional radiation transfer model has a large calculation error and can not describe the surface of the medium layer,the diffuse reflection interface was used to study and analyze the radiation spectrum characteristics.Taking the zirconia coating on the turbine blade of aero engine as the object,a transmedia radiative transport model of translucent thermal barrier coating was established based on the theory of heat radiation transfer.The high-temperature radiation characteristics of non-scattering isothermal/non-isothermal medium under diffuse reflection boundary conditions were studied.Due to complexity of the diffuse reflective surface structure of the thermal barrier coating,the surface structure of the coating was equivalently treated,and the reflectivity and transmittance of the zirconia coating were numerically analyzed by using the method of finite difference in time domain.Finally,the accuracy of the calculation results was analyzed.
