摘 要:为改善透水沥青路面的使用性能,延长其使用寿命,以SK70#基质沥青、SBS改性剂和C5加氢树脂为原材料,利用高速剪切法制备SBS掺量为4%,6%,8%,10%,C5加氢树脂掺量为6%的改性沥青,通过温度扫描、多应力蠕变恢复、低温松弛等试验分析SBS/C5对改性沥青高低温性能的改善效果,利用线性振幅扫描试验评价SBS/C5树脂复配改性沥青的疲劳特性。结果表明:SBS/C5树脂的掺入使得沥青稠度增加,相较于基质沥青,SBS/C5明显改善了沥青的温度敏感性、高温稳定性和低温抗裂性。短期老化会降低改性沥青的低温性能,且当SBS改性剂掺量为10%时,抗老化性能最佳。改性后沥青的疲劳性能有所增强,有效改善了沥青的抗变形能力,提升了沥青的疲劳寿命。综合改性沥青各项指标分析得出SBS最佳掺量为6.0%。In addition to improving the performance of permeable pavement and extending the service life of the pavement,SK 70 pavement,SBS modified and C5 water-based resin as raw materials,and high-speed cutting method are used.SBS is used at 4%,6%,8%,and 10%,while C5 water-based resin is used at 6%modified asphalt.The improvement effect of SBS on the high-temperature and low-temperature performance of the modified asphalt was analyzed through temperature inspection,multi force feedback,low-temperature relaxation,and other tests,and the fatigue characteristics of SBS/C5 resin modified coating through linear amplitude scanning test.The result showed that when the viscosity of the SBS/C5 resin is increased and compared with the matrix,the temperature sensitivity,high temperature stability,and low temperature cracking of the SBS/C5 resin are increased.Short term aging leads to a decrease in the low-temperature performance of the modified equipment,while SBS modification with only 10%of the material results in the best aging resistance.The fatigue performance of the upgraded equipment is improved,and the deformation resistance and fatigue life of the equipment are effectively increased.The analysis of the combination of indicators for improving the quality of SBS provides the optimal level of 6.0%SBS.
