摘 要:为提高生化处理后的含氮废水处理效率,以改性沸石(NZ-NaCl)、活性炭(AC)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、海藻酸钠(SA)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出PVA/SA/NZ/AC颗粒状新型复合水凝胶(简称PSNA),并通过批次吸附实验探究复合水凝胶的吸附性能。结果表明:针对氨氮(10 mg/L)、硝态氮(10 mg/L)和亚硝态氮(1 mg/L)的混合溶液,改性沸石/活性炭混合比例为4/6的PSNA(记为PSNA-2)吸附效果最佳,当PSNA-2投加量为20 g/L,pH值为7,温度为25℃,反应时间为12 h时,氨氮去除率达83.2%,硝态氮去除率达54.6%,亚硝态氮去除率为19.8%,总氮去除率达67.9%。通过SEM、FTIR和XRD对PSNA的形貌与结构进行表征分析,PSNA仍然保持着改性沸石和活性炭对含氮污染物的高选择性吸附性能。由于PSNA在水中呈悬浊态存在,可方便材料的回收与利用。In order to improve the treatment efficiency of nitrogenous wastewater after biochemical treatment,a new type of granular composite hydrogel(PSNA)was prepared from modified zeolite(NZ-NaCl),activated carbon(AC),polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),and sodium alginate(SA)by sol-gel method,and the adsorption performance of the composite hydrogel was investigated by batch adsorption experiments.The results showed that,for the mixed solution of ammonia nitrogen(10 mg/L),nitrate nitrogen(10 mg/L)and nitrite nitrogen(1 mg/L),the adsorption effect of PSNA with modified zeolite/activated carbon mixing ratio of 4/6(PSNA-2)was the best,respectively,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate could reach 83.2%,the nitrate nitrogen removal rate could reach 54.6%,the nitrite nitrogen removal rate could reach 19.8%,and the total nitrogen removal rate could reach 67.9%,when the dosage of PSNA-2 was 20 g/L,the pH was 7,and the temperature was 25℃,the reaction time was 12 h.The morphology and structure of PSNA were characterized and analyzed by SEM,FTIR and XRD,and PSNA still maintained the high selective adsorption performance of modified zeolite and activated carbon for nitrogenous pollutants.Since PSNA existed in suspension in water,it could facilitate the recycling and utilization of the material.
