摘 要:针对传统沥青路面坑槽冷修补存在养护时间长、修补质量不稳定等问题,研发了一种常温固化型胶粉改性环氧树脂,并尝试与旧沥青混合料和石灰岩制备冷再生混合料。通过正交实验确定环氧树脂配方,并对其性能、等温流变行为和微观形态进行分析,最后对制备冷再生混合料的可行性进行评价。结果表明:在25℃条件下,废旧轮胎胶粉改性环氧树脂拉拔强度为13.04 MPa,断裂延伸率可达到48.12%,施工窗口期为46 min,表干时间为5 h;在潮湿修补界面下,层间黏结强度大于2.85 MPa;胶粉对环氧胶结料的拉拔强度、断裂延伸率和黏度影响显著,并且在胶结料中呈现多相的海岛结构,承受荷载时能使裂缝发展减缓和转向;改性环氧树脂制备的再生混合料路用性能满足我国相关规范要求。Aiming at the problems of long curing time and unstable repair quality in traditional cold repair of asphalt pavement potholes,a room temperature curing waste tire rubber powder modified epoxy resin was developed,and it was tried to prepare cold recycled mixture with recycled asphalt pavement and limestone material.The formula of epoxy resin was determined by orthogonal test,and its performance,isothermal rheological behavior and microstructure were analyzed.Finally,the feasibility of preparing cold recycled mixture was evaluated.The results show that under the condition of 25℃,the tensile strength of waste tire rubber powder-modified epoxy resin is 13.04 MPa,the elongation at break is 48.12%,the construction window period is 46 min,and the surface drying time is 5 h.Under the repaired wet interface,the interlayer bonding strength is greater than 2.85 MPa.The waste tire rubber powder has a significant effect on the drawing strength,elongation at break and viscosity of the epoxy binder,and presents a multiphase island structure in the binder,which can slow down and divert the crack development when subjected to load.The road performance of cold recycled mixture prepared by waste tire rubber powder-modified epoxy resin meets the requirements of relevant specifications in China.
