摘  要:将二维ZIF-8纳米片(ZIF-8 NS)以不同配比负载到聚丙烯腈(PAN)微珠中制备不同负载量的ZIF-8纳米片聚丙烯腈复合珠(ZIF-8 NS@PAN复合珠)。通过TEM、SEM、EDS、XRD和FTIR等手段对样品的形貌和微观结构进行了表征,考察了不同负载量复合珠对水中As(Ⅲ)的去除效果。结果表明:ZIF-8 NS对As(Ⅲ)具有较好的吸附效果,其吸附在6 h左右达到平衡,根据Langmuir模型拟合结果,其最大吸附量可达162.447 mg/g。复合后ZIF-8 NS仍保留着原有的片状结构,同时复合珠呈现出内部中空的孔隙结构。10%负载量的ZIF-8 NS@PAN复合珠对于As(Ⅲ)的吸附效果最佳,其吸附过程在20 h左右达到平衡,根据Langmuir模型拟合结果,其最大吸附量可达111.509 mg/g。研究表明ZIF-8 NS@PAN复合珠对水体中As(Ⅲ)具有优良的去除效果和一定实际应用前景。ZIF-8 Nanosheets(ZIF-8NS)were loaded into polyacrylonitrile(PAN)microbeads at different ratios to prepare ZIF-8 nanosheets polyacrylonitrile composite beads(ZIF-8NS@PAN composite beads).The morphology and microstructure of the samples were characterized by TEM,SEM,EDS,XRD and FTIR,and the removal effect of composite beads with different loading capacity on As(Ⅲ)in water was investigated.The results showed that ZIF-8NS has a good adsorption capacity on As(Ⅲ),and its adsorption reaches equilibrium at about 6 h.According to the Langmuir model fitting results,the maximum adsorption capacity can reach 162.447 mg/g.The original lamellar structure of ZIF-8NS was still retained after composite,and the composite beads showed internal hollow pore structure.The adsorption effect of ZIF-8NS@PAN composite beads with 10%loading capacity is the best,and the adsorption process reaches equilibrium in about 20 h.According to the Langmuir model fitting results,the maximum adsorption capacity can reach 111.509 mg/g.This study revealed that the high-efficiency and great potential for practical application of ZIF-8 NS@PAN composite beads in the removal of As(Ⅲ)from water.
