摘 要:采用自由基胶束聚合法,以无机聚合氯化铝(PAC)、有机单体丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为原料,成功合成了一种带有疏水基团的无机-有机杂化高分子絮凝剂[PAC-P(AM-BA)]。通过单因素实验探究了各因素对产物特性黏度的影响,并采用响应面法对合成工艺进一步优化。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物进行表征,利用水处理实验,考察其絮凝能力。结果表明,最佳合成条件为:引发剂质量分数为0.15%(占总单体),n(AM)∶n(BA)=98∶2,尿素质量分数为3.00%,总单体质量分数为15.06%,无机组分质量分数为1.37%,聚合温度为27.06℃,该条件下,产物的特性黏度达到470.39 mL/g。红外光谱证明絮凝剂制备成功,扫描电镜表明产物具有较强的吸附架桥能力。PAC-P(AM-BA)的絮凝效能强于复配型絮凝剂(PAC+PAM)和单一类型聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂(PAM)。An inorganic-organic hybrid polymeric flocculant[PAC-P(AM-BA)]with hydrophobic groups was successfully synthesized using inorganic polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC),organic monomer acrylamide(AM),and butyl acrylate(BA)as raw materials by the free radical micelle polymerization method.The effect of each factor on the characteristic viscosity of the product was investigated by single-factor experiments,and the synthesis process was further optimized by response surface methodology.The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and their flocculation ability was investigated by water treatment experiments.The results show that the optimal synthesis conditions are:The mass fraction of initiator is 0.15%(of total monomer),n(AM)∶n(BA)=98∶2,the mass fraction of urea is 3.00%,the mass fraction of total monomer is 15.06%,the mass fraction of inorganic components is 1.37%,and the polymerization temperature is 27.06℃.The characteristic viscosity of the product reachs 470.39 mL/g under this condition.The infrared spectra proveds that the flocculant is successfully prepared,and the scanning electron microscope shows that the product has strong adsorption and bridging ability.The flocculation efficiency of PAC-P(AM-BA)is stronger than that of the compound flocculant(PAC+PAM)and the single type of polyacrylamide flocculant(PAM).
