摘 要:采用溶剂热法成功制备In或Cr掺杂钼酸铋催化剂。通过X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱、氮气吸脱附、X射线光电子能谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱等方法对催化剂的物相、形貌、表面状态、光吸收性能等进行了表征。结果表明,In掺杂钼酸铋催化剂具有合适的禁带宽度(2.43 eV)、较大的比表面积和孔容,被可见光激发后所产生的光生载流子更易于快速迁移和分离,并与表面上数量丰富的吸附氧物种反应形成活性氧物种,光催化活性得到有效提高。在可见光照射下,120 min后可以将甲基橙的剩余率从未掺杂时的71.8%降低到0,速率常数达到未掺杂催化剂的12倍。M^(3+)(In,Cr)Doped Bi_(2)MoO_(6)catalysts were prepared by solvothermal method.The physical phase,morphology,surface state and light absorption character of catalysts were characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM,EDX,XPS and UV-Vis DRS.The result showed that the In-doped catalyst with bandgap width of 2.43 eV had a large specific surface area and pore volume.The photogenerated carriers generated under visible light irradiation had high migration rate and separation efficiency.These carriers reacted with the abundant adsorbed oxygen species on the surface of In-doped Bi_(2)MoO_(6)catalysts.Therefore,the photocatalytic activity of the In-doped catalyst was improved significantly.The residual percentage of methyl orange over In-doped catalyst was zero after irradiation of visible-light for 120 min,while it was 71.8%over the undoped one.The kinetic rate constant of the In-doped catalyst was 12 times that of the undoped one.
