摘  要:目前国内外对页岩油气藏的开发不断加快,针对现在水力压裂作业大规模、大排量的需求,研发出溶解速率快、低伤害、减阻性能优异的干粉减阻剂成为迫切需求。干粉减阻剂配以连续在线混配工艺可实现压裂液在现场的即配、即注,提高施工效率,降低压裂成本。综述了国内外粉剂型减阻剂的发展现状,总结了聚合物的溶解规律和溶解速率影响因素,分析了伪塑性、黏弹性、层流化、湍流抑制等4种聚合物减阻机理,归纳了减阻效应的影响因素,对比压裂液传统配液方式,调研了连续在线混配工艺的研究现状,指出了其独特的优势及对油田生产的重要性。At present,the development of shale oil and gas reservoirs is accelerating both at home and abroad,and the use of slickwater fracturing fluids accounts for more than 90%of the reservoir reforming technology mainly based on hydraulic fracturing.In view of the large-scale and large-displacement needs of fracturing operations,it has become an urgent need to develop dry powder drag reducing agents with fast dissolution rate,low damage and excellent drag reduction performance.Dry powder drag reducing agent with continuous on-line mixing and blending process can realize the immediate preparation and injection of fracturing fluid on site,which can improve the construction efficiency and reduce the cost of fracturing.This thesis summarizes the development status of domestic and foreign powder drag reducing agents,summarizes the dissolution law of polymers and the factors influencing the dissolution rate,analyzes the drag reducing mechanism of four types of polymers,such as pseudo-plasticity,visco-elasticity,laminarization,and turbulence inhibition,and summarizes the influencing factors of the drag reducing effect,and compares the traditional method of fluid dispensing of fracturing fluids,and researches the current status of the research on the continuous on-line mixing and blending process,and points out the unique advantages and importance of the process to the production of oilfields.Its unique advantages and importance to oilfield production were pointed out.
