摘 要:水力压裂技术是我国常用的煤层增透措施。压裂液的选择对增透效果起关键作用。清洁压裂液具有携砂性能好、对煤层伤害低、对环境污染小等优势,在煤层水力压裂增透中具有广阔的应用前景。按照清洁压裂液主剂黏弹性表面活性剂(VES)在水溶液中能否电离以及电离后所带电荷种类进行压裂液种类划分,总结了不同类型清洁压裂液的组成及应用情况;介绍了清洁压裂液改造煤层后煤中孔、裂隙演化规律及煤表面的化学变化特征,可为清洁压裂液配方选择和优化提供理论指导。指出降低成本、提高压裂液耐温、耐剪切性是清洁压裂液的重要研究方向。开展双子型表面活性剂压裂液、清洁压裂液复配体系、纳米颗粒改性清洁压裂液的研究,是提高煤层增透效果的有效途径。Hydraulic fracturing technology is a common coal seam permeability improvement measure in China.The selection of fracturing fluid plays a key role in the antireflection effect.Clean fracturing fluid has the advantages of good sand carrying performance,low damage to coal seam and little environmental pollution.It has broad application prospects in hydraulic fracturing and permeability enhancement of coal seam.The types of fracturing fluid are classified according to whether the viscoelastic surfactant(VES),the main agent of clean fracturing fluid,can be ionized in aqueous solution and the charge types after ionization,and the composition and application of different types of clean fracturing fluid are summarized.The evolution law of pores and cracks in coal and the chemical change characteristics of coal surface after the transformation of coal seam by clean fracturing fluid are introduced,which can provide theoretical guidance for the selection and optimization of clean fracturing fluid formula.It is pointed out that reducing cost,improving temperature resistance and shear resistance of fracturing fluid are important research directions of clean fracturing fluid.The research on gemini surfactant fracturing fluid,clean fracturing fluid compound system and nanoparticle modified clean fracturing fluid is an effective way to improve the anti-reflection effect of coal seam.
