摘 要:乳液是水(水溶液)、油、表面活性剂组成的多相分散系统,拥有出色的界面调控能力和传质性能,能够为基于界面作用的多相反应和物质传递提供稳定高效的环境,在物质分离过程中具有传质效率高、调控性强、经济安全等优势。通过调控乳液的组成和结构,赋予其不同领域物质分离的性能是当前研究的热点之一。综述了乳液在资源回收、污染物分离处置、生物工程、医药等领域的研究进展,探讨了乳液分离技术的主要机理,最后对该技术未来的研究趋势进行了展望。Emulsion is a multiphase dispersion system composed of water(aqueous solution),oil and surfactants,with strong interfacial regulation ability and mass transfer performance.It can provide a stable and efficient environment for multiphase reactions and mass transfer based on interface interaction,and has the advantages of high mass transfer efficiency,strong regulation,high economy and security in the process of substances separation.By regulating the composition and structure of emulsion,it can be endowed with the function of substances separation in different fields,which is one of the hot spots of emulsion research.This paper has reviewed the research progress on recovery of resources,separation and treatment of pollutants,bioengineering,medicine and other fields by emulsion,discussed the main mechanism of emulsion separation technology.Finally,the future research trends of this technology has also been prospected.
