摘 要:以花生壳和竹子为原材料进行简单初加工,探究农业固体废弃物作环境友好型干燥剂的吸湿性能。采用扫描电子显微镜表征材料的形貌,全自动比表面积及孔隙分析仪表征材料的孔径大小及分布,热重分析仪检测材料的脱附性能。利用动态水蒸气吸附分析仪测试材料单一工况下的吸湿量、吸湿速率等参数,并与硅胶进行比较。结果表明:竹炭和花生壳颗粒表面有丰富的孔隙结构,具有较长的有效除湿时间和较好的吸湿稳定性。竹炭颗粒的吸附量优于花生壳颗粒,是由于竹炭颗粒的比表面积和孔容大于花生壳颗粒,且花生壳比竹炭颗粒的脱附温度低,再生过程耗能较少。竹炭和花生壳颗粒是具有潜力的环境友好型除湿材料。This study used peanut shells and bamboo as raw materials for simple initial processing to explore the moisture absorption performance of agricultural solid waste as environmentally friendly desiccants.Using scanning electron microscopy to characterize the morphology of materials,fully automatic specific surface area and pore analyzer to characterize the pore size and distribution of materials,and thermogravimetric analyzer to detect the desorption performance of materials.Using a dynamic water vapor adsorption analyzer to test the moisture absorption capacity,moisture absorption rate,and other parameters of materials under a single operating condition,and comparing them with silica gel.The results show that the surface of bamboo charcoal and peanut shell particles has rich pore structures,long effective dehumidification time,and good moisture absorption stability.The adsorption capacity of bamboo charcoal particles is better than that of peanut shell particles,because the specific surface area and pore volume of bamboo charcoal particles are larger than those of peanut shell particles,and the desorption temperature of peanut shells is lower than that of bamboo charcoal particles,resulting in less energy consumption in the regeneration process.Research has shown that bamboo charcoal and peanut shell particles are potential environmentally friendly dehumidification materials.
