摘 要:铁路通信机房智能运维管理技术研究与应用主要为解决铁路通信机房运维效率低、成本高的问题,同时提升机房的智能化水平。该方案通过集成携带有智能巡检机器人的智能巡检子系统、智能配线子系统、蓄电池均衡子系统、能耗与漏电监测单元、智能监测与采集单元等智能化子系统和设备,对机房以及内部设备进行三维建模,并采用数字孪生技术将设备数据可视化,提供可视化运维和巡检体验,形成一套完整的智能运维管理解决方案。通过该技术方案,可以实时监测机房环境信息、电源数据、蓄电池数据,也可以通过数据计算、统计机房的能耗状况。The research and application of intelligent operation and maintenance management technology for railway communication equipment rooms mainly aims to solve the problems of low operation and maintenance efficiency and high cost of railway communication equipment rooms,while improving the intelligence level of the equipment rooms.This scheme integrates intelligent inspection subsystems with intelligent inspection robots,intelligent wiring subsystems,battery balancing subsystems,energy consumption and leakage monitoring units,intelligent monitoring and acquisition units,and other intelligent subsystems and equipment,to conduct 3D modeling of the equipment room and internal equipment.And it uses Digital Twin technology to visualize equipment data,provides visual operation and maintenance and inspection experience,and forms a set of complete intelligent operation and maintenance management solution.Real-time monitoring of the equipment room environment information,power data,and battery data can be realized through this technical solution,and calculation and statistics of the energy consumption status of the equipment room can also be realized through the data.
