摘　　要：文章采用南宁市1984—2020年的灾情损失信息数据,并结合降雨数据,创建了一个以.mdb为后缀的灾情信息数据库,并设计了一个以灾情损失信息为研究主线的系统。该系统基于C#编程语言,利用ArcGIS Engine(AE)组件作为开发平台,结合GIS技术,同时访问Access数据库并调用SQL查询语言,实现了对南宁市暴雨洪涝灾害过程影响的查询与分析。系统设计结果表明:基于ArcGIS Engine的暴雨洪涝灾害过程影响查询与分析系统能够基本实现数据整理、信息查询、数据可视化以及数据统计分析等功能。使用ArcGIS Engine开发的系统安装了Runtime和Software Development Kit后,可以脱离ArcGIS Desktop独立运行,具有操作简单、可视化程度高、人机交互性强等特点。This paper uses the disaster loss information data of Nanning City from 1984 to 2020,and combines the rainfall data to create a disaster information database with.mdb as the suffix,and designs a system with disaster loss information as the main line of research.The system is based on C#programming language,using ArcGIS Engine(AE)components as a development platform.It combines GIS technology,accesses the Access database and calls the SQL query language,and realizes the query and analysis of the impact of rainstorm and flood disaster process in Nanning City.The design results of the system show that the query and analysis system of rainstorm and flood disaster process impact based on ArcGIS Engine can basically realize the functions of data collation,information query,data visualization and data statistical analysis.The system developed by ArcGIS Engine can run independently without ArcGIS Desktop after installing Runtime and Software Development Kit.It has the characteristics of simple operation,high visualization and strong human-computer interaction.
