摘　　要：建设节约型机关,是建设节约型社会的重要内容和重点领域之一。为了推进重庆市气象局节约型机关建设,不断提高机关行政效能和服务水平,文章建立全市气象部门职工人脸信息数据库,基于J2EE平台和B/S架构,构建了一个集智能门禁、智慧食堂、移动办公为一体的智能楼宇系统。该系统实现了门禁安防、职工考勤、就餐管理、就餐统计、访客预约等功能,已在重庆市气象局投入业务应用,实现后勤管理智能化和服务精细化,有效提升了管理信息化水平。The construction of conservation-oriented institutions is one of the important contents and key areas of building a conservation-oriented society.In order to promote the construction of economical organs of Chongqing Meteorological Bureau and continuously improve the administrative efficiency and service level of the organs,this paper establishes a face information database of employees in the meteorological department of the city.Based on J2EE platform and B/S architecture,an intelligent building system integrating intelligent access control,intelligent canteen and mobile office is constructed.The system realizes the functions of access control security,employee attendance,dining management,dining statistics,visitor reservation and so on.The system has been deployed in business application in Chongqing Meteorological Service,which realizes intelligent logistics management and refined service,and effectively improves the level of management informatization.
