摘 要:结合新时代钢铁企业数字化转型需求及东北大学现有优势教学资源,科学设计材料成型及控制工程专业数字化知识体系建设与人才培养技术路线。采取开展钢铁生产全流程一体化智能制造与数字技术小组学习、优化材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养方向等措施,构建基于多学科交叉融合的材料成型专业数字化知识体系。通过充分利用平台计算资源、与校外企业共建人才实训基地等方式,使学生在系统学习理论知识的同时能够进行实践、实训,从而全方位深入理解钢铁生产全流程一体化智能制造与数字技术。建设成果应用于材料成型及控制工程智能制造班,培养能够引领未来金属材料数字化科技创新的领军人才。In response to the digital transformation needs of contemporary steel enterprises and leveraging the existing teaching advantages and resources of Northeastern University,this study systematically designs a technology roadmap for the digital knowledge system construction and talent cultivation in the field of material forming and control engineering.To establish a digital knowledge system base on multidisciplinary integration,this study taking a series of measures include conducting group studies on integrating intelligent manufacturing and digital technology for the entire process of steel production,optimizing the direction of talent cultivation in material forming and control engineering.By fully utilizing platform computing resources and collaborating with off campus enterprises to build talent training bases,students can not only systematically learn theoretical knowledge but also engage in practical training,thereby gaining a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the integrating intelligent manufacturing and digital technology of the entire steel production process.Currently,a series of achievements are apply in the intelligent manufacturing class of material forming and control engineering,and the results demonstrate that the propose technology roadmap can cultivate talents capable of leading future innovations in digital technology for metallic materials.
