摘　　要：作为“朝阳产业”的智能制造行业,涉及的技术不断变革、升级,对本科人才培养提出很高要求。为应对智能制造专业人才短缺、质量不足问题,迫切需要开展校企协同育人。通过构建I-OBE“智造”能力导向的“双轨一体一牵引”协同育人体系,以及“高等院校-行业企业”常态化协同育人机制,探究智能制造工程专业校企协同育人实践方法,推动产教融合理论的创新和丰富,有力支撑复合型、应用型人才培养。As a"sunrise industry",the intelligent manufacturing industry involves continuous technological changes and upgrades,posing high requirements for undergraduate talent cultivation.In order to address the shortage of intelligent manufacturing professionals and insufficient quality,it is urgent to carry out college-enterprise collaborative education.By constructing an I-OBE"intelligent manufacturing"capability oriented"dual track-one body-one traction"collaborative education system,and a normalized collaborative education mechanism,this paper promotes the innovation and enrichment for industry-education integration theory,and the reform of talent cultivation mode,which can provide strong support for the cultivation of composite and practical talents.
