从相火理论辨治复发性口疮

摘　　要：查阅中医古籍和相关文献,介绍基于相火理论辨治复发性口疮的思路。相火理论认为相火实为阳气,五脏皆有相火,动而守位为常,僭越离位作妄,燔灼不降则口疮反复,口疮为病之标,指出相火僭越是复发性口疮的关键病机,与脾肝肾关系密切。将复发性口疮分为脾运失健,相火上浮证、肝气郁结,相火上逆证、肾精亏虚,相火上越证。治当引火归位,相火上浮者予黄芪人参汤健运脾胃,敦土伏火;相火上逆者予小柴胡汤疏肝清肝,调气泻火;相火上越者予六味地黄丸合封髓丹补肾填精,滋阴降火,相火守位走常则口疮得愈不复。Refer to the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine and relevant literature to introduce the idea of treating recurrent mouth sores based on the theory of phase fire.The theory of phase fire believes that phase fire is actually yang qi,and all five organs have phase fire,and it is normal to move and keep the position.If you leave the place,the burn will be delusion.If the burn does not heal,the mouth sore will be repeated.Mouth sores are all symptoms of the disease.Seeking treatment for the disease is essential.It is pointed out that the key pathogen of recurrent mouth sores is closely related to the spleen,liver,and kidney.Recurrent mouth sores are divided into spleen deficiency,phase fire floating syndrome,liver qi depression,phase fire reverse syndrome,kidney essence deficiency,phase fire syndrome.Treatment should trigger the fire to return to the position,the phase fire floating on the Astragalus Ginseng Decoction to strengthen the spleen and stomach,Duntu and stabilize the fire;For the reverse of the phase fire,Xiaochaihu Decoction is advised to soothe the liver and regulate the qi,clear the liver and diar fire;For the phase fire,Liuwei Dihuang pills and sealing marrow elixir are prescribed to tonify the kidney and fill the essence,nourish yin and reduce fire.The mouth sore will heal if the fire is in the right place.
