摘　　要：数据技术不断发展,赋予大学生社区志愿服务以更大的能量和行动空间。以数据技术赋能大学生社区志愿服务是高校优化实践育人、构建社区治理共同体、促进学生全面发展的重要引擎。从国内外实践样态来看,数据技术在大学生社区志愿服务中的应用,集中表现在确定服务项目、创新服务形式、规范服务环节、提升服务质量四个方面。然而,面对数据技术的快速迭代所产生的困境,要从思想、技术、机构和制度四个层面建立“四维”路径,以提升数据技术赋能大学生社区志愿服务的实效。The continuous development of data technology has given collegestudents' community volunteer service greater energy and action space. Empowering these services with data technology is an important engine for colleges and universities to optimize education through practice, build community governance communities, and promote the all-round development of students. From the perspective of both domestic and foreign practice patterns, the application of data technology in college students' community volunteer service is mainly reflected in the four aspects: refining service projects, innovating service forms, standardizing service links, and improving service quality. However, in the face of cognitive dilemmas, technical dilemmas, and institutional dilemmas caused by the rapid iteration of data technology, it is necessary to establish a“four-dimensional” approach at the ideological, technical, organizational, and institutional levels to enhance the effectiveness of data technology in empowering college students' community volunteer service.
