摘 要:制作了双酚E氰酸酯浇铸体和真空灌注(VARI)复合材料,采用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)、万能电子试验机等设备对其理化性能进行测试,与市售灌注型环氧树脂复合材料的性能进行对比分析,通过外推法确定了双酚E氰酸酯在加入400 ppm二月桂酸二丁基锡的固化条件为140℃×2 h+200℃×2 h+240℃×3 h;双酚E氰酸酯复合材料的拉伸强度为613 MPa、弯曲强度为585 MPa、简支梁冲击韧性(平行)为449 KJ·m^(-2),均高于市售灌注型环氧树脂复合材料,因此通过VARI工艺能够以较低成本成型出对力学、耐热和透波要求较高的氰酸酯复合材料制品,对高温下的VARI工艺提出了一些建议。The study fabricated the bisphenol E cyanate ester castings and vacuum assisted resin infusion(VARI)composites.The physical and chemical properties of the composite material were tested using equipment such as differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and universal electronic testing machine,and compared with the properties of commercially available infusion type epoxy resin composites.Through the extrapolation method,it was determined that the curing conditions of bisphenol E cyanate ester with the addition of 400 ppm dibutyltin dilaurate were 140℃×2 h+200℃×2 h+240℃×3 h;the tensile strength of the bisphenol E cyanate ester composites was 613 MPa,the bending strength was 585 MPa,and the simple supported beam impact toughness(parallel)was 449 KJ·m^(-2),all of which were higher than those of commercially available infusion type epoxy resin composite materials.Therefore,the VARI process can produce acid ester composite materials with high requirements for mechanics,heat resistance,and wave transmission at a lower cost.And some suggestions have been proposed for the VARI process at high temperatures.
