水玻璃对泥质软岩注浆材料力学性能的影响

摘  要:随着煤矿开始向深部开采,受地应力的影响,矿井中巷道围岩发生较为严重的变形,通过采用注浆方法来加固围岩,改善巷道围岩的力学性能,保持巷道围岩稳定。采用实验室实验及抗压测试分析等相结合方法,以硫铝酸盐水泥熟料、生石灰、无水石膏为基础,掺入不同含量的水玻璃,分别测试其1 d、3 d、7 d的抗压强度,进行初凝和终凝时间试验,配制出高强水泥基。研究结果表明,在硫铝酸盐水泥熟料水灰比为0.8时,水玻璃的最佳掺量为0.4%,其中1 d、3 d和7 d的抗压强度分别为9.5 Mpa、15.5 Mpa、16.8 Mpa。水玻璃为0.4%时,试块体积膨胀率最高为1.56%,最低为0.79%。水玻璃0.2%时,试块体积膨胀率最高为1.49%,最低为0.66%。所配制的高强水泥基具有早强、高强、凝结时间短、微膨胀等特性。With the beginning of deep mining of coal mine,the surrounding rock of the roadway in the mine is seriously deformed due to the influence of ground stress.The surrounding rock is reinforced by grouting method to improve the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock and maintain the stability of the surrounding rock.Based on sulphoaluminate cement clinker,quicklime and anhydrous gypsum,the study tests compressive strength of sodium silicate for 1 day,3 days and 7 days,tests the initial and final setting time,and prepares the high-strength cement base.The results show that when the water-cement ratio of sulphoaluminate clinker is 0.8,the optimal dosage of sodium silicate is 0.4%,and the compressive strength of 1 day,3 day and 7 day is 9.5 Mpa,15.5 Mpa and 16.8 Mpa,respectively.When the water glass is 0.4%,the volume expansion rate of the test block is the highest(1.56%)and the lowest(0.79%).When the water glass is 0.2%,the volume expansion rate of the test block is the highest(1.49%)and the lowest(0.66%).The high strength cement base has the characteristics of early strength,high strength,short setting time and small expansion.
