摘 要:基于自主研发的饱和砂层泥浆变截面渗透试验系统,研究不同流变性质泥浆在高渗透性砂层中的渗透行为及对泥浆滤失量和孔隙水压力的影响。试验设置了3种不同组分的泥浆,研究结果表明,适当增加羧甲基纤维素钠含量可显著改善泥浆的防渗效果。纯膨润土泥浆的滤失量最大,未能有效减少砂层的孔隙水压力;含0.1%羧甲基纤维素钠的泥浆在渗透过程中滤失量显著降低,孔隙水压力趋于稳定;含0.3%羧甲基纤维素钠的泥浆滤失量最少,孔隙水压力变化最小。通过对泥浆滤失量和孔隙水压力的分析,为基坑施工中的泥浆配比优化提供了重要参考。Based on a self-developed variable cross-section permeability testing system for saturated sand layer,the study systematically investigates the permeability behavior of drilling slurry with different rheological properties in high-permeability sand layers,as well as its effects on filtration loss and pore water pressure.3 types of slurry with varying components are tested.The results indicate that appropriately increasing the content of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose significantly improves the impermeability of the slurry.Pure bentonite slurry exhibited the highest filtration loss of slurry and failed to effectively reduce the pore water pressure in the sand layer.The slurry containing 0.1%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose shows significant reduction in slurry loss during the permeation process,with pore water pressure tending to stabilize.The slurry with 0.3%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose demonstrates the least filtration loss and minimal variations in pore water pressure.This detailed analysis of filtration loss and pore water pressure provides important references for optimizing slurry formulation in foundation pit construction.
