摘 要:为了研究转速对小流量工况下自吸泵压力脉动特性的影响,利用FLUENT仿真软件,对自吸泵进行数值计算,分析小流量工况下自吸泵蜗壳和叶轮流域内在不同转速下的压力脉动特性。结果表明,在三种转速工况下,自吸泵蜗壳流场的时域、频域都具有明显的周期性规律,最大峰值均出现在叶频的倍频段;随着转速的增加,蜗壳内各监测点的主峰峰值在整体上呈现上升趋势。三种转速下的叶轮流道监测点的压力系数变化情况相同,按照先增大后减小再增大的趋势进行变化,越靠近叶轮出口区域处的监测点,其压力脉动幅值也越大。In order to study the pressure pulsation characteristics of self-priming pumps at different rotational speeds under low flow conditions,the study utilizes FLUENT simulation software to numerically calculate the self-priming pump.The pressure pulsation characteristics of the volute and impeller basin of a self-priming pump under low flow conditions at different speeds are analyzed.The results show that under three different rotational speeds conditions,the time-domain and frequency-domains of the flow field in the volute of the self-priming pump have obvious periodicity,and the maximum peak value appeared in the multiple frequency band of blade frequency.Meanwhile,with the increase of the rotational speed,the main peak values of each monitoring point inside the volute show an overall upward trend.The pressure coefficient changes at the monitoring points of the impeller basin at three different speeds are the same,following a trend of increasing first,then decreasing,and then increasing again.In addition,the closer the monitoring point to the outlet area of the impeller is,the greater the amplitude of pressure fluctuation is.
