摘 要:针对建筑工程项目中资源分配、项目成本、工程质量等难以高效统一协作管理问题,提出一种基于随机权重策略的PSO算法优化建筑项目方法,建立项目多目标优化模型,采用PSO算法求解多目标函数,为避免函数解过早陷入局部最优解,运用随机权重策略分配惯性权重,增加目标函数收敛速度,实现建筑项目管理及实施过程的优化。实验表明,该方法与原有计划相比,能够有效降低成本,缩短施工周期,提升项目管理效率。The efficient and uniform collaborative management of construction projects is hindered by a number of factors,including the difficulty of allocating resources,controlling costs,maintaining quality standards,and addressing other pertinent issues.In light of these challenges,a PSO(particle swarm optimization)algorithm based on a random weighting strategy has been proposed as a potential solution for optimizing construction projects.A multi-objective optimization model is established for the project,and the PSO algorithm is employed to solve the multi-objective function.This is done to prevent the function solution from falling into a local optimal solution prematurely.The random weighting strategy is utilized to assign the inertia weight,thereby accelerate the convergence of the objective function.This approach facilitates the optimization of the construction project management and implementation process.The results of the experiments demonstrate that this method is an effective means of reducing costs,shortening the construction period,and improving the efficiency of project management in comparison to the original plan.
