综合护理模式对心血管病患者护理应用的研究进展

摘　　要：综合护理模式是个性化护理、心理干预、健康教育、饮食与运动指导等多方面的干预措施,已被证实其能够显著改善心血管病患者的临床疗效、生活质量及心理状态,尤其是在急性心肌梗死、冠心病、高血压等患者中的护理效果明显。通过对近年来相关护理应用研究文献的梳理,探讨综合护理模式在心血管病患者护理中的应用研究进展。结果表明,综合护理模式能够显著提高心血管病患者的药物与治疗依从性,缓解其焦虑和抑郁情绪,减少心血管事件的发生率,并提高患者的自我管理水平。护理管理人员可根据不同患者群体的个体需求适当调整护理干预策略,减少并发症的发生,不断提高心血管病患者的整体生活质量。Comprehensive nursing mode is a multi-faceted intervention measure,including personalized nursing,psychological intervention,health education,diet and exercise guidance,which has been proved to significantly improve the clinical efficacy,quality of life and psychological state of cardiovascular patients,especially in patients with acute myocardial infarction,coronary heart disease and hypertension,etc.Based on the review of relevant nursing application research literature in recent years,the study discusses the application research progress of comprehensive nursing model in the nursing of cardiovascular patients.The results show that the integrated care model can significantly improve the medication and treatment compliance of cardiovascular patients,relieve anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events,and improve patients’self-management level.Nursing managers can adjust nursing intervention strategies according to the individual needs of different patient groups,reduce the occurrence of complications,and continuously improve the overall quality of life of cardiovascular patients.
