基于CiteSpace的骨科康复护理研究可视化分析

摘　　要：骨科康复护理作为患者术后恢复的重要环节,已成为提高患者生活质量、减少再住院率、提升康复效果的关键。采用CiteSpace 6.4.R1软件对2014—2024年间骨科康复护理领域的1363篇文献进行可视化分析,旨在系统梳理该领域的研究脉络,探索其发展趋势。结果显示,骨科康复护理研究10年间的发文量呈现出先增长后下降趋势,2019年达到高峰后开始逐年回落。关键词分析揭示出“骨科”“护理”和“康复护理”是该领域的核心研究内容,并强调了护理在术后恢复中的重要作用。此外,“疼痛管理”“康复效果评估”以及“老年患者护理”逐渐成为研究热点。该结果可为医学领域各学科的康复护理研究提供理论依据。As an important link of postoperative recovery of patients,orthopedic rehabilitation nursing has become the key to improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the rate of re-hospitalization and enhance the rehabilitation effect.The study visually analyzes 1363 papers on orthopedic rehabilitation nursing from 2014 to 2024 with CiteSpace 6.6.R1 software,so as to systematically sort out the research context in this field and explore its development trend.The results show that the number of papers published in orthopedic rehabilitation nursing research in the past 10 years show a trend of first growth and then decline,reaching a peak in 2019 and beginning to decline year by year.Keyword analysis reveals that“orthopedics”“nursing”and“rehabilitation nursing”are the core research contents in this field,and emphasizes the important role of nursing in postoperative recovery.In addition,“pain management”“rehabilitation effect assessment”and“elderly patient care”have gradually become research hotspots.The results can provide theoretical basis for rehabilitation nursing research in various disciplines in the medical field.
