土壤重金属污染植物修复技术应用效果研究

摘  要:针对土壤重金属污染问题,系统评估了植物修复技术的应用效果。通过田间试验和室内分析相结合方法,选取典型污染场地,对比研究不同植物修复技术的污染物去除效率、修复周期和成本效益。结果表明,超富集植物对重金属的富集系数最高,但生物量较低。混合植物群落修复具有较好的适应性和稳定性。添加土壤调理剂能显著提高植物修复效率。研究发现,土壤pH值、有机质含量和微生物活性是影响修复效果的关键因素。研究建立了适合我国污染场地特点的植物修复技术体系,为重金属污染土壤治理提供了科学依据。The study systematically evaluates the application effect of the soil heavy metal pollution in order to solve the problem of soil heavy metal pollution.Through the combination of field experiments and indoor analysis,the study selects typical contaminated sites to compare the pollutant removal efficiency,remediation cycle and cost-effectiveness of different phytoremediation techniques.The results show that the enrichment coefficient of heavy metals in hyperenriched plants is the highest,but the biomass is lower.The mixed plant community restoration has good adaptability and stability;and the soil conditioner can significantly improve the phytoremediation efficiency.It is also found that soil pH,organic matter content and microbial activity are the key factors affecting the remediation effect.The phytoremediation technology system suitable for the characteristics of contaminated sites in China has been established,which provides a scientific basis for the treatment of heavy metal contaminated soil.
