摘　　要：为准确找到制丝新生产线主要的物耗点,助力物耗管理机制建立及提升物耗管控水平,开展物耗测试,纵向跟批确保全工序,横向找点保证全覆盖,找到物耗与质量的最优解。建立健全的物耗管理体系,物耗控制稳定,在设备数量增加近一倍的前提下制丝成品烟丝产出率明显提升,说明设备的优化配置和有效的管控机制是管控物耗最有效的手段。In order to accurately find the main material consumption points of the new silk production line,help the establishment of material consumption management mechanism and improve the level of material consumption control,the study conducts material consumption testing,including longitudinal batch to ensure the whole process and horizontal finding points to ensure full coverage;finds the optimal solution of material consumption and quality;and establishes perfect material consumption management system.Material consumption control is stable,and the production rate of finished silk tobacco significantly increases under the premise of nearly doubling the number of equipment,indicating that the optimal configuration of equipment and effective control mechanism are the most effective means to control material consumption.
