健脾降浊护心汤加味联合耳针对冠心病的影响及效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾降浊护心汤加味联合耳针对冠心病的影响及效果。方法:在本研究中,选择了我院2022年12月—2023年12月期间收治的78例冠心病患者,随机分为两个组别。对照组39例,采用健脾降浊护心汤加味进行治疗;观察组39例,采用健脾降浊护心汤加味联合耳针进行治疗。我们对两组的中医证候积分,临床症状缓解时间,心功能指标,临床治疗效果以及血脂指标水平进行比较分析。结果:经过治疗后,对照组具有较低的中医证候积分,表明症状改善观察组更为明显,两组间具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,两组临床症状缓解所需要的时间比较中,缓解所需时间观察组的较短,表明观察组的治疗对患者较为明显,这种差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,两组心功能相关的指标比较中,心功能指标观察组的明显改善,表明观察组有助于心功能恢复,这种差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在临床治疗效果方面,观察组总有效率高于对照组总有效率,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,两组血脂相关的指标水平的比较中,血脂指标水平观察组的明显低,表明观察组对血脂指标改善更明显,这种差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于我院的冠心病患者采用健脾降浊护心汤加味联合耳针进行治疗,可显著改善冠心病患者的临床症状,改善患者的心功能指标以及血脂水平,提高医护人员的临床治疗效果,并降低并发症的发生率,具备临床推广价值。Objective:To investigate the effects of Jianpi Jiangzhuhuxin Decoction combined with ear acupuncture on coronary heart disease.Methods:In this study,78 patients with CHD admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were stochastically divided into two tranches.Control tranche 39 cases were treated with Jianpi Jiangzhuo Huxin decoction;Observation group 39 cases were treated with Jianpi Jiangzhuhuxin Decoction combined with ear acupuncture.We compared and analyzed the TCM syndrome score,clinical symptom remission time,cardiac function index,clinical treatment effect and lipid index level of the two tranches.Results:After cure,the control tranche had a lower TCM syndrome mark,indicating that the symptom improvement was more obvious in the observation tranche,and there was a statistical discrepancy between the two tranches(P<0.05).After cure,in the comparison of clinical symptom remission time between the two tranches,the remission time in the observation tranche was shorter,indicating that the cure in the observation tranche was more obvious to patients,and the discrepancy was statistical criteria(P<0.05).After cure,in the comparison of cardiac function indexes between the two tranches,the cardiac function indexes of the observation tranche were obviously increased,indicating that the observation tranche was conducive to the recovery of cardiac function,and the discrepancy was statistical criteria(P<0.05).In terms of clinical treatment effect,the entire effective rate of 97.44%in the observation tranche was higher than 79.49%,and there was a statistical discrepancy between the two tranches(P<0.05).After cure,in the comparison of blood lipid index levels between the two tranches,the blood lipid index level in the observation tranche was obviously lower,indicating that the improvement of blood lipid index in the observation tranche was more obvious,and the discrepancy was statistical criteria(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital,Jianpi Jiangzhuhuxin Decoction com
