活血消结方联合戈舍瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对卵巢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察活血消结方联合戈舍瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对卵巢功能的影响。方法:回顾性分析,采集2020年1月—2022年12月郑州市中医院45例采用予戈舍瑞林治疗的患者资料,纳入对照组,采集同期医院45例采用活血消结方联合戈舍瑞林治疗的患者资料,纳入观察组,在该时间段内均完成3个月治疗。患者各资料保存完整,查阅患者资料,记录研究所需结果资料,包括:治疗前、治疗3个月时子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积,卵巢功能指标:①促卵泡生成激素(FSH);②促黄体生成素(LH);③雌二醇(E2);④孕酮(P)及血液流变学指标:①血浆黏度(PV);②红细胞聚集指数(AI);③红细胞沉降率(ESR)。结果:治疗3个月,两组患者子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积均较治疗前缩小,且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);两组血清FSH、LH、E2、P均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);两组血清VEGF、MMP-3水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);两组PV、AI、ESR均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:活血消结方联合戈舍瑞林可缩小子宫肌瘤患者子宫及子宫肌瘤体积,改善其卵巢功能,更利于调节其血液流变学指标水平。Objective:To observe the effect of Huoxue Xiaojie Formula combined with goserelin in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its impact on ovarian function.Method:Retrospective analysis was conducted to collect data from 45 patients treated with goserelin at Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.The data were included in the control group,and 45 patients treated with Huoxue Xiaojie Formula combined with goserelin were collected from the same hospital during the same period.The data were included in the observation group,and all patients completed 3 months of treatment during this period.All patient data were kept intact,and patient data was reviewed to record the required outcome data for the study,including:uterine volume,uterine fibroid volume,ovarian function indicators[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)]and hemorheological indicators[plasma viscosity(PV),red blood cell aggregation index(AI),and red blood cell sedimentation rate(ESR)]before and at 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the uterine volume and uterine fibroid volume of both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05).The serum FSH,LH,E2,and P levels in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observed group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05).The levels of serum VEGF and MMP-3 in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observed group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05).The PV,AI,and ESR of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observed group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huoxue Xiaojie Formula and goserellin can reduce the volume of uterus and uterine fibroids in patients with uterine fibroids,improve their ovarian function,and be more conducive to regulating the levels of their hemorheological indicators.
