摘　　要：全膝关节置换术围手术期内,下肢深静脉血栓的形成是威胁患者生命的并发症之一,全膝关节置换术围手术期内常规抗凝治疗方法缺乏有效的检测指标。血栓弹力图可以动态监测血液的整个凝血过程,提供包括血栓的形成、稳定和溶解的全部信息,敏感性和特异性及速度优于常用的凝血四项、D-二聚体等检查。可以更好的指导临床输血、抗凝药物的使用,提供评估预防及治疗血栓等重要信息,近年来发现中药联合抗凝药物预防深静脉血栓形成的效果更优。During the perioperative period of total knee arthroplasty,deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity is one of the life-threatening complications of patients.There is a lack of effective detection indicators for routine anticoagulant therapy during the perioperative period of total knee arthroplasty.Thromboelastography can dynamically monitor the whole coagulation process of blood,providing all the information including the formation,stability and dissolution of thrombus.The sensitivity,specificity and speed of thromboelastography are better than those of commonly used coagulation tests such as four tests and Ddimer.It can better guide the use of clinical blood transfusion and anticoagulant drugs,and provide important information such as evaluation,prevention and treatment of thrombosis.In recent years,it has been found that the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with anticoagulant drugs in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis is better.
