摘　　要：影像设备作为医院固定资产的重要组成部分,其管理、维护和保养对于提高设备的使用效率和整体成本控制非常关键,是确保医院正常运营和患者诊疗质量的坚实基础。文章通过阐述在多院区一体化发展模式下F医院多院区影像设备维保管理过程中存在的问题,运用“3M”改进方法,即Multicriteria(多维度调研与多指标评价)、Macroscale(多院区统筹与规模优势)、Mobile-Information(信息化建设与精细化管理),分别从评价指标、维保费用以及信息化三个方面进行分析,进而对影像设备的维保管理实现提质降本增效的目标。As an important component of hospital fixed assets,the management,maintenance,and upkeep of imaging equipment are crucial for improving equipment efficiency and overall cost control.They are a solid foundation for ensuring the normal operation of hospitals and the quality of patient diagnosis and treatment.This article elaborates on the problems in the maintenance and management process of imaging equipment in F Hospital’s multi hospital integrated development model.Using the“3M”improvement method,Multicriteria(multidimensional research and multi-indicator evaluation),Macroscale(coordination of multiple hospital districts and scale advantage),Mobile-Information(informatization construction and refined management).This article analyzes the evaluation indicators,maintenance costs,and informatization from three aspects,and then achieves the goal of improving quality,reducing costs,and increasing efficiency in the maintenance management of imaging equipment.
