摘  要:目的:探讨综合性三甲医院胰岛素泵集中管理模式的可行性,构建胰岛素泵高效能管理模式。方法:将医院分散管理的胰岛素泵集中统一管理,建立胰岛素泵管理中心,制定明确的使用流程和共享平台,提供专业技术指导和质量控制。结果:在胰岛素泵管理中心的集中优化管理下,使用患者的平均空腹血糖控制在(7.1±2.1)mmol/L,餐后2h平均血糖控制在(8.9±3.1)mmol/L,平均糖化血红蛋白在6.8%±1.9%。胰岛素泵80%的使用率长期保持在60%~80%,该数据变化为临床优化使用和购置新泵提供数据支持。结论:集中管理模式有效提高胰岛素泵使用效率,显著提升临床科室的血糖控制水平,大幅降低工程师工作量,能够让专业技术人员专注流程处理与质量控制,大大保障了胰岛素泵的临床使用效能和医疗安全。Objective:Discuss the feasibility of the centralized management mode of insulin pump in general hospitals,and construct the highly efficient management mode of insulin pump.Methods:Centralized and unified management of decentralized insulin pumps in the hospital,establish an insulin pump management center,develop a clear use process and sharing platform,and provide professional technical guidance and quality control.Results:Under the centralized optimization management of the insulin pump control center,the average fasting blood glucose level for patients was controlled at(7.1±2.1)mmol/L,and the average postprandial 2h blood glucose level was controlled at(8.9±3.1)mmol/L,with an average glycated hemoglobin level of 6.8%±1.9%.The usage rate of insulin pumps has been maintained at 60% to 80%,which provides data support for clinical optimization and the purchase of new pumps.Conclusion:The centralized management mode effectively improves the use efficiency of insulin pump,significantly improves the blood glucose control level of clinical departments,greatly reduces the workload of engineers,enables professional and technical personnel to focus on process processing and quality control,and greatly guarantees the clinical use efficiency and medical safety of insulin pump.
