摘　　要：目的:人口老龄化的加速,护理资源的短缺,导致老年人生活质量下降,为解决失能患者卧床期间的康复和护理难题,研发一种基于运动康复的智能护理床。方法:该智能护理床在满足日常的起背屈腿、床上翻身、二便处理等功能外,主要注重对失能老人的下肢康复训练。结果:该智能护理床尾端设有下肢康复训练装置,通过下肢康复训练装置对患者下肢进行科学化的主被动康复训练,从而改善患者的肢体运动功能。结论:智能护理床整体结构符合人体工程学原理,通过样机测试,该护理床的各项功能和安全性符合要求,能够对失能患者进行下肢康复训练。Objective:The acceleration of population aging and the shortage of nursing resources have led to a decline in the quality of life of the elderly.In order to solve the rehabilitation and nursing problems of disabled patients while they are bedridden,an intelligent nursing bed based on motion rehabilitation is developed.Methods:In addition to meeting the daily functions of raising the back and bending the legs,turning over in bed,and handling toilets,the intelligent nursing bed mainly focuses on the rehabilitation training of the lower limbs of the disabled elderly.Results:The tail end of the intelligent nursing bed is equipped with a lower limb rehabilitation training device.Through the lower limb rehabilitation training device,scientific active and passive rehabilitation training is performed on the patient’s lower limbs to improve the patient’s limb movement function.Conclusion:The overall structure of the intelligent nursing bed conforms to the principle of ergonomics.Through prototype testing,the functions and safety of the nursing bed meet the requirements,and it can perform lower limb rehabilitation training for disabled patients.
