摘　　要：冠心病心绞痛是一种病因复杂、影响因素众多、目前尚无法根治的临床多发心血管疾病,严重威胁患者身心健康。但现有临床诊疗技术中存在药物治疗费用昂贵且服药时间长等不足,因此,具有安全性好、操作性强、疗效显著等优势的经皮穴位电刺激成为了临床研究热点。本研究在遵循中医基础理论的基础上,以“心胸内关谋”为出发点,运用经皮穴位电刺激技术,结合内关治疗心绞痛的特殊作用,设计一种便携式内关穴定位治疗仪,以期为冠心病心绞痛患者突发疾病的缓解提供便利。Angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is a kind of clinical multiple cardiovascular disease with complicated etiology,many influencing factors and no cure at present,which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of patients.However,there are some shortcomings in the existing clinical diagnosis and treatment technology,such as expensive drug treatment and long medication time.Therefore,transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation has become a hot spot in clinical research with the advantages of good safety,strong operability and significant efficacy.On the basis of following the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and taking“cardiothoracic Neiguan plan”as the starting point,this study designed a portable Neiguan positioning therapeutic instrument by using the technology of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation combined with the special effect of Neiguan on angina pectoris.In order to provide convenience for the relief of sudden disease in patients with angina pectoris.
