Objective:To evaluate the value of enhanced MRI imaging features and imaging omics models in the differential diagnosis of dual-phenotype hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:86 patients with dual-phenotype hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were taken as experimental samples.According to different diagnostic techniques, they were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group used conventional techniques, and the experimental group used enhanced MRI imaging features and imaging omics model. The diagnosis and accuracy rate of the two groups were compared. Results:The detection accuracy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the imaging features of enhanced MRI were obvious. The specificity, accuracy and sensitivity of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of enhanced MRI imaging features and imaging omics model detection are good, which provides better reference for early diagnosis and treatment of dual-phenotype hepatocellular carcinoma.
