摘  要:目的:探析临床诊疗中优化肺动脉CT成像技术的作用价值。方法:选取2022年1月~2024年4月在本院接受肺动脉CT成像技术检查的患者94例为研究对象。依照检查方法实施差异分组,对照组(47例,常规CT检查)、观察组(47例,优化CT检查)。分析比较不同方法应用的诊断效果。结果:比较肺部血管CT值中,对照组(肺动脉和亚段肺动脉、主动脉和肺动脉主干)均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较肺动脉目测评分,对照组5分+4分的占比低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取优化肺动脉CT成像技术用于临床诊疗中,诊断效果理想,有较高的诊断率,且成像效果清晰。Objective:To explore the value of optimizing pulmonary artery CT imaging technology in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The patients who received CT imaging of pulmonary artery in our hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the objects,with 94 cases.According to the examination method,differences were divided into control group(47 cases,conventional CT examination)and study group(47 cases,optimized CT examination).The diagnostic effects of different methods were analyzed and compared.Results:In the comparison of pulmonary vascular CT values,the control group(pulmonary artery and subsegmental pulmonary artery,aorta and pulmonary artery trunk)was lower than the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the visual evaluation scores of pulmonary arteries,the proportion of 5+4 points in the control group was lower than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimal pulmonary artery CT imaging technique in clinical diagnosis and treatment has ideal diagnostic effect,high diagnostic rate and clear imaging effect.
