摘  要:目的:探索基于无线技术的心电监护数据在优化护理决策系统中的临床应用价值。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取泉州市某三级甲等医院100例使用心电监护的患者,利用随机数字法,将符合纳排标准的患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。观察组的心电监护数据通过无线网络技术实时传送至云计算平台,平台可进行数据的存储与高效处理,借助护理决策系统运用数据挖掘算法对心电数据进行分析,以识别潜在的异常模式,并结合患者的临床信息,智能生成护理文书和个性化护理计划;此外,系统还设计直观易用的用户界面,使用户能够快速访问并准确解读分析结果。对照组则采用传统的手工记录方式进行处理。比较运用无线技术实现数据实时上传后的数据实时性与准确性,同时统计用户使用满意度。结果:观察组运用无线技术实现数据实时上传后,数据实时性与准确性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理决策系统通过无线传感网络、云计算的联动,以及数据挖掘技术的深入应用,实现了对心电数据的高效管理与智能分析,有助于优化临床护理工作流程,提高护理工作效率,确保患者获得优质护理。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of ECG monitoring data based on wireless technology in optimizing nursing decision-making system.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,100 patients who used ECG monitoring in a third-class first-class hospital in Quanzhou were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.ECG monitoring data in the experimental group were transmitted to the cloud computing platform in real time through wireless network technology.The platform can store and efficiently process the data,and the ECG data were analyzed by using data mining algorithm with the help of nursing decision system.In order to identify potential abnormal patterns,and combine with the clinical information of patients,intelligently generate nursing documents and personalized nursing plans.In addition,the system also designs an intuitive and easy-touse user interface,so that users can quickly access and accurately interpret the analysis results.The control group used the traditional manual recording method for processing.Compare the real-time and accuracy of the data uploaded by wireless technology between the two groups,and count the user satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The real-time and accuracy of data in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing decision-making system realizes the efficient management and intelligent analysis of ECG data through the linkage of wireless sensor network,cloud computing and the in-depth application of data mining technology,which is helpful to optimize clinical nursing workflow,improve nursing work efficiency and ensure patients to obtain quality care.
