摘  要:目的:探讨锥形线束CT(CBCT)图像与电子射野影像系统(EPID)图像引导在肿瘤放疗中的应用效果。方法:以2022年8月~2024年3月南京市高淳人民医院110例接受图像引导放疗的头颈部与体部肿瘤患者为研究对象。分别以CBCT和EPID获取图像,测定患者左右、头脚、前后、旋转四维方向的摆位误差数据并进行对比分析。结果:头颈部肿瘤患者EPID和CBCT图像引导获取的左右、头脚、前后、旋转四维方向摆位误差比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。体部肿瘤患者EPID和CBCT图像引导获取的左右、头脚、前后、旋转四维方向摆位误差比较差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于CBCT图像与EPID图像引导肿瘤放疗的摆位误差验证效果相当,均能满足精准放疗需求。Objective:Exploring the clinical efficacy of cone beam CT(CBCT)images and electronic field imaging system(EPID)image guidance in tumor radiotherapy.Methods:110 patients with head and neck and body tumors who received image-guided radiotherapy at Gaochun People’s Hospital in Nanjing from August 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.CBCT and EPID were used to obtain images,and the positioning error data in the left and right(lat),head and foot(LNG),front and back(VRT),and rotation(RTN)directions of the patient were measured and compared for analysis.Results:There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the positioning errors of the left and right,head and foot,front and back,and rotation directions obtained by EPID and CBCT image-guided imaging in patients with head and neck tumors.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the positioning errors of the left and right,head and foot,front and back,and rotation directions obtained by EPID and CBCT image-guided imaging in patients with body tumors.Conclusion:The positioning error verification effect of tumor radiotherapy guided by CBCT images and EPID images is comparable,both of which can meet the requirements of precise radiotherapy.
