锥形线束CT联合热牙胶技术治疗下颌第二磨牙C形根管的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究下颌第二磨牙C形根管治疗中,口腔锥形线束CT(CBCT)联合热牙胶技术的应用价值,以期指导后续治疗。方法:选取2022年12月~2023年12月在银川市中医医院接受下颌第二磨牙C形根管治疗的患者100例为研究样本,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施CBCT联合冷侧牙根管填充技术,观察组实施CBCT联合热牙胶技术,对比两组治疗有效率、填充材料与根尖区的距离、根管治疗的填充时间、填充材料与根尖区的距离,并计算两组并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组根管治疗填充时间、填充材料与根尖区距离明显短于对照组,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,有效率明显高于对照组,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBCT联合热牙胶技术,可明显缩短根管填充时间、填充材料及根尖区距离,提升治疗有效率降低并发症,可用于临床治疗。Objective:To explore the application value of oral conical beam(CBCT)combined with hot gum technique in C-shaped root canal treatment of mandibular second molar,in order to guide the follow-up treatment.Methods:100 patients with C-shaped root canal treatment of mandibular second molar were selected from Yinchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023,and were divided into control group and study group according to different methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CBCT combined with cold side root canal filling technology,while the research group was treated with CBCT combined with hot tooth glue technology.The treatment effectiveness,distance between filling material and apical area,filling time of root canal treatment and distance between filling material and apical area were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications were calculated.Results:After treatment,the filling time and distance between the filling material and the root apex area in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the inter group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group.The inter group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBCT combined with hot tooth glue technology can significantly shorten the root canal filling time,filling material,and distance from the root apex,improve treatment effectiveness,and reduce complications.It can be used for clinical treatment.
