保留自主呼吸的喉罩全身麻醉对宫腔镜手术患者术后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析宫腔镜手术患者实施保留自主呼吸的喉罩全身麻醉的临床价值。方法:纳入2022年6月~2024年6月在常州市肿瘤(第四人民)医院实施宫腔镜手术的患者98例为观察对象,按数字抽签法随机分为对照组(n=49,均实施气管插管全身麻醉)与观察组(n=49,均实施保留自主呼吸的喉罩全身麻醉)。观察比较两组手术情况,生命体征,术后恢复情况及术后不良反应。结果:麻醉诱导起效时间、手术时间、术中出血量两组接近(P均>0.05);观察组T1时心率、平均动脉压均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组术后唤醒时间、术后恢复室停留时间、术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间均明显短于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组术后相关不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对宫腔镜手术患者而言,实施保留自主呼吸的喉罩全身麻醉,可保障生命体征稳定,减少相关不良反应,更有利于患者术后恢复。Objective:To explore the clinical value of laryngeal mask general anesthesia in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery from June 2022 to June 2024 in Changzhou Cancer(Fourth People’s)Hospital were divided into control group(n=49,all of whom underwent tracheal intubation general anesthesia)and observation group(n=49,all of whom underwent laryngeal mask general anesthesia with self-preservation of breathing)by digital drawing method.The operation status,vital signs,postoperative recovery and postoperative adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The effective time of anesthesia induction,operation time and intraoperative blood loss were close in both groups(P all>0.05).In the observation group,the heart rate and mean arterial pressure were compared with control group at T1,significantly lower(P all<0.05).In the observation group,the postoperative awakening time,postoperative recovery room stay time,postoperative movement out of bed time,postoperative hospital stay time compared with the control group,significantly shorter(P all<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions compared with the control group,significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery,laryngeal mask general anesthesia with self-preservation of breathing can ensure the stability of vital signs,reduce related adverse reactions,and be more conducive to postoperative recovery.
