摘　　要：目的:探究慢性肾衰竭接受血液透析联合血液灌流血液净化方案应用价值。方法:本次研究时间为2022年1月~2023年12月,选择研究主体为90例慢性肾衰竭患者,对照组、观察组在随机数字表法的干预下进行分组,分别接受血液透析与联合血液灌流治疗方案。观察两组应用治疗效果差异。结果:同治疗前相比,观察组治疗后炎性数据表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后β2-微球蛋白、血肌酐肾功能指标低于对照组,且观察组血钙高于对照组,血磷低于对照组(P<0.05);此外观察组还表示经治疗后血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性肾衰竭疾病采取血液透析联合血液灌流治疗方案,利于调节炎性因子水平,改善患者肾功能,维持人体钙磷代谢平衡,提升患者营养状态。Objective:To explore the application value of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion blood purification scheme for chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods:The study period was from January 2022 to December 2023,respectively.The subjects of this study were 90 patients with CRF.The control group and the research group were divided into two groups under the intervention of random number table method and received hemodialysis and combined hemoperfusion treatment respectively.The difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups was observed.Results:Compared with before treatment,the expression level of inflammatory data in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the renal function indexes of β2-MG and SCR in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the blood calcium and blood phosphorus in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);In addition,the ALB,PA and HB of the study group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion therapy for CRF diseases is beneficial to regulate the level of inflammatory factors,improve the kidney function of patients,maintain the balance of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and improve the nutritional status of patients.
