仿生物电刺激治疗仪对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨仿生物电刺激治疗仪对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年12月80例剖宫产术后产妇为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规饮食,观察组在对照组基础上使用仿生物电刺激治疗仪,比较两组胃肠功能恢复时间、消化功能指标、身心舒适度评分、生活质量评分。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间及首次排便时间均短于对照组;观察组胃动素和胃泌素指标高于对照组,观察组内皮素指标低于对照组;观察组腹痛、腹胀、焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组;观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:仿生物电刺激治疗仪可以促进剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能恢复,提高胃肠道消化能力,改善腹痛腹胀。Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint electrical stimulation therapy apparatus on gastrointestinal function recovery of parturient after cesarean section.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,80 parturients after cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40),the observation group was treated with transcutaneous electric point stimulation and diet nursing.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,digestive function index,physical and mental comfort score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds,first anal exhaust time,and first defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;The levels of motilin and gastrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of endothelin in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;The observation group had lower scores for abdominal pain,bloating,anxiety,and depression compared to the control group;The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combined with diet nursing can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve gastrointestinal digestion,and improve abdominal pain and abdominal distension after cesarean section.
