摘　　要：目的:分析3D打印骨科钽金属医疗器械的性能应用探究。方法:选择2022年1月~2023年12月本院接收的20例髋臼骨缺损患者为研究对象,均采用3D打印骨科钽金属医疗器械,分析患者术前术后视觉模拟评分法评分、Harris髋关节评分,SF-36生活质量评分,术后并发症情况以及并发症发生率。结果:术后患者视觉模拟评分法评分明显降低于术前(P<0.05)。术后患者Harris髋关节评分明显高于术前(P<0.05)。术后患者SF-36生活质量评分明显高于术前(P<0.05)。术后和随访时未发现手术部位肿胀、感染及术后并发症。结论:3D打印骨科钽金属医疗器械的性能应用效果较佳。Objective:To analyze the performance and application of 3D printed orthopedic tantalum metal medical devices.Methods:20 patients with acetabular bone defects admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were all treated with 3D printed orthopedic tantalum metal medical devices.The preoperative and postoperative VAS scores,hip Harris scores,SF-36 quality of life scores,postoperative complications,and incidence of complications were analyzed.Results:The VAS score of postoperative patients was significantly lower than that before operation(P<0.05).The Harris score of the hip joint was significantly higher than that before the operation(P<0.05).The SF-36 quality of life score of postoperative patients was significantly higher than that before surgery(P<0.05).No swelling,infection,or postoperative complications were found at the surgical site after surgery and at follow-up.Conclusion:The performance and application effect of 3D printed orthopedic tantalum metal medical devices is better.
