物联网在手术室高值耗材智能管理系统构建中应用的前瞻性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析物联网在手术室高值耗材智能管理系统构建中的应用效果。方法:将2022年1月~6月手术室高值耗材总库存量2000件+总手术台次1004次+取用次数1200次作为对照组研究对象,采取常规管理,另外选取2022年7月~12月手术室高值耗材总库存量2000件、总手术台次1245次+取用次数1212次作为观察组研究对象,采取物联网智能管理系统管理。对比两组耗材盘点时间、耗材申领时间、查看耗材效期时间、耗材整理时间;对比两组高值耗材取用时间;对比两组高值耗材告知耗材取用错误发生率。结果:观察组耗材盘点时间、耗材申领时间、查看耗材有效期时间、耗材整理时间与对照组相比更短(P<0.05);观察组高值耗材取用时间与对照组相比更短(P<0.05);观察组高值耗材取用错误发生率与对照组相比更低,分别为0.80%、2.00%(P<0.05)。结论:物联网智能管理系统可提升手术室高值耗材管理质量,优化了取用流程。Objective:To analyze the application effect of Internet of Things in the construction of intelligent management system of high value consumables in operating room.Methods:The total inventory of high-value consumables in the operating room from January to June 2022,including 2000 pieces,1004 total operating procedures,and 1200 retrieval times,was used as the control group for the study,and routine management was adopted.In addition,the total inventory of highvalue consumables in the operating room from July to December 2022 was 2000 pieces,with a total of 1245 operating procedures and 1212 retrieval times,as the observation group research objects,adopted the intelligent management system of the Internet of Things.Compare the two groups of consumables inventory time,the application time of consumables,check the validity time of consumables and the sorting time of consumables;Compare the two groups of high-value consumables;Inform the error rate of consumables.Results:The consumables inventory time,consumables application time,check validity time,and consumables finishing time were shorter than the observation group(P<0.05);The consumption time of high value consumables in the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of errors of high value consumables in the observation group was lower than the control group,with 0.80% and 2.00% respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent management system of the Internet of Things can improve the management quality of high-value consumables in the operating room and optimize the access process.
