基于品管圈降低医疗设备自修时间的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:通过品管圈活动来降低医疗设备维修时间。方法:2022年共自修设备1851次。于2022年3月~11月实行品管圈管理,收集医疗设备自修时间的数据。组建品管圈小组,通过头脑风暴、甘特图、柏拉图、鱼骨图、雷达图等质量管理工具选定主题、把握现状、研究问题、实施对策、改善结果。结果:确定改善的目标值为4.1h/次,改善幅度为50%,采用品管圈前医疗设备自修时间的基础上降低4.1h/次。实施对策后医疗设备自修时间降低至3.9h/次,目标达成率为103.9%,改善幅度为52%。结论:品管圈活动明显降低了医疗设备自修时间,达到了预期效果,保障了本院医疗设备的安全使用;圈员们通过品管圈活动熟悉掌握了品管圈的相关质量管理工具,提升了职业素养与综合能力,积极保障医院的安全有效运行。Objective:To reduce the maintenance time of medical equipment through quality control circle activities.Methods:A total of 1851 equipment repairs will be carried out in 2022.Implement quality control circle management from March to November 2022,collecting data on the self repair time of medical equipment.Establish a quality management circle group,use quality management tools such as brainstorming,Gantt chart,Plato,fishbone chart,radar chart,etc.to select topics,grasp the current situation,study problems,implement countermeasures,and improve results.Results:The target value for improvement was determined to be 4.1h/time,with a 50%improvement margin.Based on the self repair time of medical equipment before the quality control circle,it was reduced by 4.1h/time.After implementing the countermeasures,the self repair time of medical equipment was reduced to 3.9 hours per time,with a target achievement rate of 103.9%and an improvement rate of 52%.Conclusion:The quality control circle activities have significantly reduced the self repair time of medical equipment,achieved the expected results,and ensured the safe use of medical equipment in our hospital;Through quality control circle activities,circle members have become familiar with and mastered the relevant quality management tools of the quality control circle,improved professional ethics and comprehensive abilities,actively ensuring the safe and effective operation of the hospital.
