摘 要:目的:探讨三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光检测联合可视管腔检测仪在管腔器械清洗质量质控中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取2022年1月~2023年6月份福建医科大学附属第二医院消毒供应中心回收清洗外科手术器械中管腔器械360件,做日常检测清洗质量,采用随机数字表法分为可视管腔镜检测组、ATP荧光水样检测组、联合检测组,共三组,每组120件器械。所有的器械于清洗消毒后行目测和放大镜检查管腔外表面后,分别用三种不同检查方式检查三组管腔器械的内腔清洗情况。可视管腔镜检测组进行可视管腔检视仪检测,ATP荧光水样检测组进行ATP荧光水样检测,联合检测组两种检测方法联合使用检测。结果:可视管腔镜检测组、ATP荧光水样检测组清洗质量检测结果对比无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.081,P=0.776),而可视管腔镜检测组、ATP荧光水样检测组、联合检测组三组清洗质量检测结果对比有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.826,P=0.033),其中,可视管腔镜检测组、联合检测组与ATP荧光水样检测组、联合检测组分别对比也均有统计学意义(可视管腔镜检测组与联合检测组对比,χ^(2)=3.895,P=0.048;ATP荧光水样检测组与联合检测组对比,χ^(2)=5.004,P=0.025)。结论:ATP生物荧光水样检测联合可视管腔检测仪能够有效提高管腔器械的清洗不合格检出率,可联合作为日常管腔器械清洗质量的常规检测方式。Objective:To explore the application effect of ATP biofluorescence detection combined with visual lumen detector in the quality quality control of lumen instrument cleaning.Methods:360 pieces of tubular lumen instruments were randomly selected from January 2022 to June 2023 from the disinfection and supply centre of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University for recycling and cleaning of surgical instruments,to do the daily testing of cleaning quality,and were divided into visual lumen detector group,ATP fluorescence aqueous detection group,and combined detection group,with a total of three groups and 120 instruments in each group by using the random number table method.After all instruments were cleaned and disinfected and the outer surface of the lumen was examined visually and under magnification,the inner lumen of the three groups of luminal instruments was examined in three different ways.The visual luminal inspection group performed visual luminal inspection,the ATP fluorescence water sample inspection group performed ATP fluorescence water sample inspection,and the combined inspection group used both inspection methods together.Results:There was no statistical significance in the comparison of the cleaning quality detection results of the visual canal luminal detector group and ATP fluorescence water sample detection group(χ^(2)=0.081,P=0.776),while there was a statistically significant difference in the comparison of the cleaning quality detection results of the three groups of the visual canal luminal detector group,the ATP fluorescence water sample detection group,and the combined detection group(χ^(2)=6.826,P=0.033),with the visual canal luminal detector detector group,combined detection group and the ATP fluorescence water sample detection group.group,the joint detection group and ATP fluorescence water sample detection group,the joint detection group,respectively,were also statistically significant(visual luminal microscopy detection group compared with the joint detection group,χ
