复用器械上常见四种锈渍的分类处理方法研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复用器械上四种不同锈渍的去除方法、效果及除锈后的返锈情况。方法:选取清洗后仍残留锈迹的医疗器具,具体划分如下:将2021年6月~8月,消毒供应中心运用传统除锈手段处理的器具设定为对照组;而2021年9月~11月,针对复用器具上常见的四种锈斑类型——点状锈蚀、摩擦锈蚀、表面常规锈蚀及缝隙锈蚀,进行分类处理后的生锈器具设为观察组。通过对比两组的生锈器具总量、除锈成功率以及灭菌处理后器具的再次生锈率来评估效果。结果:对照组中锈蚀器具共324件,除锈成功率为88.89%,再次生锈率为9.38%;观察组中锈蚀器具共318件,除锈成功率提升至97.48%,再次生锈率显著降低至0.97%。统计检验表明,观察组的除锈方法相较于对照组具有显著优势(P<0.05)。结论:对复用器械的常见四种锈渍进行分类处理,锈渍的处理更具有针对性,明显地提高了器械除锈效果并降低了器械返锈率。Objective:To study the removal methods and effects of three different rust stains on reusable instruments and the return of rust after rust removal.Methods:Select the medical instruments that still have rust after cleaning,among which the instruments that were derusted by the disinfection and supply center with conventional derusting methods from June to August 2021 were taken as the control group.From September to November 2021,the four common rust stains of reusable instruments were classified and treated,which were divided into point rust instruments,friction rust instruments,surface conventional rust instruments and gap rust instruments,The rusty instruments treated during this period were used as the experimental group.The number of rusted instruments,derusting qualification rate and rust return rate of instruments after sterilization were compared between the two groups.Results:In the control group,there were 324 rusted instruments,the qualified rate of derusting was 88.89%,and the return rate of rust was 9.38%;There were 318 rusted instruments in the experimental group,the qualified rate of derusting was 97.48%,and the return rate was 0.97%.The derusting method of instruments in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The four common rust stains of reusable instruments are classified,and the treatment of rust stains is more targeted,which significantly improves the derusting effect of instruments and reduces the rust return rate of instruments.
